Ledfoot Lover

March 11, 2023 @ 9:00 pm - 11:59 pm

Ledfoot Lover was formed during the pandemic of 2020. Their vision and dedication kept them focused knowing better times were ahead. This band consists of four very seasoned musicians.

Shari Johnston currently resides in Cranberry Twp. and is the lead vocalist and has been in several bands since the 1980s including Rockhouse and the Nation (formally Modern Man).  She stepped out of the spotlight 15 years ago but reentered when she joined Ledfoot Lover and says this is the best decision she ever made!  Finally back at home with her true passion she is happy to be sharing her vocal abilities, along with harmonica and flute, with her past fans and new ones as well!

Carlo Volhl from Weirton, WV is the lead guitarist.  His abilities continue to amaze his many fans. Previously with US Kids as well as many other popular bands, he has performed many venues all over the world and has created quite the following for himself.  His vocal abilities do not disappoint!  He is very well-known in the Pittsburgh and West Virginia area.

Jim Seaman is the bass player and is an incredible musician. He currently lives in Bethel Park. Jim grew up in a musical family that played together for many years.  Since then he has been in many other bands, including the Fugitives.  His playing abilities are just one facet of what he has to offer. His background vocals add an incredible dimension to this band not to mention singing lead on various songs.

Jeff Kalp from Brentwood is the drummer. His energy and passion comes through in every song they perform.  He is literally a driving force!  Jeff has been playing for the past 35 years. He rocked the stage with SickSense and Meanstreet, as well as many others and is also well known in the Tri-State area.

Together they have created an amazing project. They play an array of classic rock music ranging from the 1970s to present day along with some country songs to showcase their versatility.  They have a special knack of putting their own personal spin on the music they perform to make it their own!
