Dinner is at 5:30pm, tickets can be purchased online. Our Chef Cookie plus Alan, Erika & Arty Quinn of Quinn Brewery Company will also be available for a meet & greet and beer talk! An elegant dinner pairing that starts at 5:30pm and includes a 5 course meal and beer (or wine).
AFTER Dinner join Alan Quinn and Lincoln Highway Band for some excellent acoustic covers of Classic and Yacht Rock Sing A-longs (open to everyone)!

Blonde Ale – Assorted artisan style breads influenced from assorted brewing grains and served with various flavored butters.
Kolsch – House made bratwurst sausage served over an apple infused braised cabbage with a grain mustard jus and a crisp pretzel cracker.
Tropiquito Hazy IPA – Flaky Jamaican spice rubbed mahi mahi fillet wrapped with sweet potato and served over a calabaca Israeli couscous and paired with a citrus & ginger butter sauce.
Horsi Stout – Slow braised beef short ribs served over a creamy potato and parsnip puree with baby carrots and topped with a wild mushroom demi glace.
The Amber Ale – A moist pretzel bread pudding drizzled with a sweet malted caramel sauce and finished with a hop brittle dust.
